Questions
Something else? Ask in our Discord.
How do I get what I bought?
Write your Minecraft name in the message box on Ko-fi when you pay. The server reads it and gives you the rank by itself, usually within a minute, even if you're offline.
I forgot my name, or typed it wrong.
Nothing is lost: the order waits for staff. Open a ticket on Discord with your Ko-fi receipt and we'll move it to the right account.
Can I buy for a friend?
Yes. Put their Minecraft name in the message box instead. They need to have joined play.vetosmp.net at least once.
Do ranks reset with the season?
No. The world resets every 4 weeks, but ranks are one-time purchases and stay on your account.
Is paying safe?
Payments are handled by Ko-fi and PayPal, so your card or PayPal login never touches Veto SMP. You get a receipt from them by email.
Refunds
Ranks are delivered straight away, so purchases are final. If something didn't arrive or doesn't work, we'll fix it. A chargeback removes the rank.
